This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the platform, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep only what the service and our obligations actually require.
Effective 1 October 2026. This document is part of the account agreement.
Account data. Your name, email address, country, phone number if you add one, and your password stored as a salted hash.
Verification data. Document type, document number, full name, date of birth, country, and the uploaded document image, collected when you complete identity verification.
Platform data. Orders, invoices, account balances and equity snapshots, trades recorded by the simulation, reward requests and their payout details, and an internal audit log of staff actions on your account.
Technical data. Session tokens and the minimum log data needed to keep the service running and secure.
To create and operate your account, to enforce trading rules, to process orders and rewards, to verify identity where a reward is requested, to answer support requests, and to detect the abuse patterns described in our terms. We also use aggregate, non-identifying figures for platform statistics.
Where you approve publication of a reward, we publish the country, the product, the amount and the date. We never publish your name, email, login number or document data. Withdrawing approval removes the record from the public page.
Transactional email (order confirmations, verification status, reward decisions) is part of the service. Promotional email is controlled by the newsletter setting in your account and you can turn it off at any time. We use only the session cookie required to keep you signed in; we do not run advertising trackers on the platform.
We share data with payment and identity providers to the minimum extent their service requires, and with professional advisers or authorities where we are legally obliged. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third party advertising.
Account, order and invoice records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for the period our financial records obligations require. Verification documents are kept only as long as needed to confirm your identity and to investigate abuse, then deleted. Equity and trade history is kept for the life of the account so you can review performance.
You can access and correct most of your data directly in account settings. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask us not to use your data for marketing. Requests are handled from inside the platform or by replying to any email we send you. Where deletion conflicts with a record we are required to keep, we will tell you what must remain and why.
Passwords are hashed, access to production data is role limited, and staff actions on your account are written to an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
Data is processed in the regions where our hosting and named providers operate. Where a provider processes data outside your country, we rely on standard contractual terms or an equivalent lawful transfer basis.
We update this policy when our processing changes and date each version at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an open account are announced in the platform.
