These terms govern your use of the MXPipFund platform, including evaluation accounts, funded accounts, reward requests and any PRIME allocation. By creating an account you accept them.
Effective 1 October 2026. This document is part of the account agreement.
MXPipFund provides simulated trading accounts for evaluation and educational purposes. Accounts run in a simulated environment against simulated capital. No real client money is deposited, traded, pooled or managed by us, and we do not act as a broker, fund manager, investment adviser or counterparty to any live market trade.
Rewards paid to traders are calculated from simulated performance recorded on your account. They are paid from our own operating budget, not from trading profits on real capital.
You must register with your true name, email address and country, and you may hold one trader account. Credentials issued for an account are personal to you: sharing them, or allowing another person to trade your account, ends your eligibility and may close the account without refund.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your login and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
Evaluation and instant funding fees are charged at checkout and are quoted in your chosen billing currency. Fees cover provisioning of the account and access to the environment.
A fee is non-refundable once an account has been provisioned. If a fee is charged twice by mistake, or provisioning fails on our side and no credentials are issued, we refund the affected amount. Requests for goodwill refunds outside those cases are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed.
This build of the platform uses a simulated payment gateway. Payment states move through the same review steps as production, but no real funds are captured.
Every account carries the profit target, daily loss limit, maximum drawdown and minimum trading day requirement shown on its product page and on your dashboard. The rules engine enforces them automatically and closes an account the moment a limit is reached. There is no grace period, no discretionary override, and no appeal against a breach that the engine recorded.
You may not use behaviour designed to exploit the simulation rather than trade it. That includes copying or mirroring another account, hedging across two of your own accounts to guarantee a pass, latency or feed exploitation, news-scalping a target in a single position, or using third party software that is not permitted on the platform. We may close accounts and withhold reward for these patterns.
Your profit share accrues on the funded stage according to the split and cycle of the product you bought. A withdrawal can be requested once your account is funded, your identity is verified, and your allocatable balance is at least the published minimum.
We may hold a request while we verify identity, payout details and rule compliance. A request can be declined where the account breached a rule during the cycle, where payout details do not match the verified record, or where activity falls under section 4.
Identity verification must be completed before a first reward is released. You must provide valid documents in your own name. Where documents do not match your registration details, we may suspend the account until the mismatch is resolved.
You may stop using the platform at any time; accounts simply run down to their rule limits. We may suspend or close an account for a rule breach, for the conduct described in section 4, where we must under applicable law, or where an account has been inactive for an extended period. Closing an account for breach does not create any refund or reward entitlement.
The platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may change schedules, product terms, rule values and fees, and we will publish the current values on the relevant product page. Continued use after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the account.
We are not liable for lost opportunity, lost profit, or any indirect loss arising from use of the platform, including where an account is closed for a rule breach. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fee paid for the affected account. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a recommendation, an inducement to trade, or an offer of securities or regulated services. We do not tell you what to trade. Read the risk disclosure before you buy any account.
Questions about this document can be raised with support from inside your dashboard. Keep the other two documents alongside this one: Terms, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure.
