Read this before you buy any account. It sets out what trading risk is, what a simulated evaluation can and cannot tell you, and what you are actually paying for.
Effective 1 October 2026. This document is part of the account agreement.
MXPipFund accounts are simulated. No real market money is traded or managed on your behalf, and you never deposit funds into a trading account. The fees you pay buy access to the evaluation and the environment, they are not capital placed at risk in a market.
Because the environment is simulated, the outcomes recorded on your account are not the same as live execution. Spreads, fills, slippage, liquidity, margin calls and counterparty behaviour in the simulation will not match any live broker, including during fast markets.
Trading derivatives and leveraged products carries a real risk of loss that can exceed your original outlay, and it is not suitable for every person. The rules on this platform exist because losses happen: most evaluation attempts end in a breach of the daily loss limit or the maximum drawdown, not in a funded account.
Do not treat the fee for an evaluation as a low cost experiment repeated until something passes. Fees are non-refundable once an account is provisioned, and repeated attempts can cost substantially more than the skill they are meant to prove.
Simulated results, including every published reward record on this site, are illustrative. They are not a forecast, a guarantee, or a representative sample of trader outcomes. Published records are chosen by the traders who appear in them, which means the visible sample is successful by definition. The accounts that breached are not published.
We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, signals, portfolio management or any regulated service. We do not decide what you trade, when you trade it, or how large you position. All trading decisions on your account are yours alone, and so are the consequences.
Nothing published on this platform, including blog articles, product pages and reward figures, should be read as advice to buy, sell or hold any instrument.
A passing record shows that your sizing and drawdown behaviour fit a rule set over a bounded window. It does not measure whether a strategy remains profitable when market conditions change, when the simulation differs from live execution, or when real money is at stake and emotions are involved.
Reward amounts depend on simulated profit and on staying inside the rules for the whole cycle. A single breach closes the account and ends the reward for that cycle. Nothing guarantees a reward of any size in any period.
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Higher leverage settings on a simulated account produce larger swings against the same drawdown limits, which shortens the time before an account is closed. Crypto instruments in particular can move by amounts that would breach a daily limit in a single session.
You are responsible for the tax treatment of any reward you receive in your country of residence, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for understanding the instrument specifications you trade. Seek independent advice where you are unsure about the legal, tax or regulatory position where you live.
By registering an account you confirm that you have read this disclosure, that you understand the platform is a simulated environment, and that you accept the risk of losing the fees you pay for evaluation accounts.
